Shipping and Delivery Policy

ZestTech Inventory Management System is primarily delivered as a digital software and implementation service. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly agreed in writing for a separate engagement.
1. Delivery Format
Delivery may include hosted access, code deployment, admin account setup, database import, configuration files, content setup, technical documentation, training material, or implementation support delivered electronically.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timelines depend on project scope, hosting readiness, database access, SMTP details, branding assets, user requirements, content availability, and approval turnaround. Simple setup work may be delivered within a few business days, while larger custom projects may follow milestone-based timelines.
3. Customer Dependencies
Delivery time may be affected by delays in receiving domain access, hosting credentials, mailbox credentials, content assets, policy approvals, payment confirmation, testing feedback, or change requests.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery or progress confirmation may be shared by email, support message, admin communication, or WhatsApp where applicable. A page, module, migration, or environment is considered delivered when access, files, or working output are provided for review or use.
5. No Physical Shipment by Default
Unless specifically stated in a written commercial agreement, this website does not dispatch physical inventory, hardware, printed media, or courier-based goods as part of the standard service.
