Data Deletion Request Policy

This policy explains how data deletion or erasure requests are handled for public website records and selected platform-related personal data.
1. What You Can Request
You may request deletion of contact enquiries, newsletter subscriptions, approved or pending blog comments, feedback reports, or other personal contact records submitted through the public website, subject to identity verification and legal or operational retention needs.
2. Platform and Audit Records
Some records connected to user accounts, login security, billing, fraud prevention, audit trails, operational workflows, backups, or legal compliance may need to be retained even if a deletion request is received. In such cases, access may be restricted or records may be minimized where reasonably possible.
3. Verification
Before processing a deletion request, we may require reasonable proof that the requester controls the relevant email address, account, or submitted record.
4. Processing Timeline
Valid requests are generally reviewed within 7 business days and completed within a commercially reasonable time, subject to backup cycles, technical limits, and legal obligations.
5. How to Request Deletion
Send your request with identifying details to naushadalam@zestcommerce.in and include the relevant email address, page, submission date, or account reference so the request can be verified efficiently.
6. Backup and Security Copies
Deletion from active systems may occur before removal from archived backups. Backup retention may continue for security, disaster recovery, or business continuity reasons for a limited period.
