Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to software deployment, implementation, support, customization, and other digital services associated with ZestTech Inventory Management System.
1. Nature of Service
ZestTech Inventory Management System is a digital software and implementation service. Most work involves configuration, deployment, technical setup, content migration, process design, support, and custom development. Because delivery starts with planning, configuration, and technical labor, refunds are evaluated differently from physical goods.
2. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a confirmed project or paid engagement is cancelled before any setup, analysis, deployment, or customization work begins, a refund may be considered after deduction of payment gateway, banking, or transaction charges where applicable.
3. Cancellation After Work Starts
Once discovery, configuration, deployment, migration, customization, account setup, content work, training, or support delivery has started, fees for completed work are non-refundable. If the project is stopped midway, charges already earned for work completed, time reserved, or milestone output delivered remain payable.
4. Subscription or Renewal Amounts
Where recurring support, hosting, or renewal charges apply, those charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
5. Custom Development
Payments for custom feature work, module enhancements, theme changes, integrations, and workflow changes are non-refundable after development or implementation has commenced. If phased milestones are used, each completed milestone is billable and non-refundable once delivered for review.
6. Technical Issues
If you face a technical issue caused by the delivered system, configuration, or supported customization, reasonable corrective support may be provided according to the agreed support scope. The preferred remedy is diagnosis and correction, not refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Refund Review Process
Refund requests should be submitted in writing with invoice reference, payment date, project details, and reason for request. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment source within a commercially reasonable period.
